Sales Associate
Accountable for individual and shop sales goal and for delivering excellent customer service to each customer involved with.
Main duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to all customers;
- Achieve weekly sales goals;
- Maintain shop merchandising standards;
- Manage the visual displays;
- Receive and price the merchandise in the shop;
- Handle the merchandise markdowns;
- Direct team communication regarding shop awareness (Agenda);
- Replenishment of merchandise;
- Follow loss prevention guidelines;
- Attend coaching and training to strengthen sales skills;
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Shop Manager
Improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing turnover and maximizing profitability. Manage staff and find new ways to improve sales and meet customer demand.
Main duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales according to quantities in order to maximize profits;
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure performance targets are met, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions to optimize results.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and track customers’ comments;
- Conduct daily “walk through” activity to ensure all policies and procedures are being implemented regarding the service, presentation and store environment;
- Support strong employee performance by setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback and developing employee capability;
- Manage the clients’ first and last impression by ensuring that they are happy and by engaging the employees in their duties;
- Resolve customer service issues to retain the clients;
- Assist in the training of the staff;
- Monitor the inventory process and maintain a daily control of the retail stock based on the Inventory Management System;
- Oversee and follow-up on the Visual Merchandisers work and make sure that the company’s guidelines are being properly applied;
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
